Soneium & Startale Are Scamming the Community the Same Way @soneium first started pushing campaign after campaign, asking the community to complete tasks and generate activity Now its partner,@StartaleApp , seems to be doing the same thing The difference is that while campaigns keep coming, basic community problems are still not being properly handled Around 6 months ago, I lost access to my passkey I spent almost 2 months continuously talking to the Startale team menber @0xRamz through Discord tickets, provided all the details they asked for, and still couldn’t get my account recovered And this isn’t only my experience Recently, one of my community members completed a Startale task that required a $30 USDC bridge They completed the transaction The task was completed But the $30 disappeared They contacted the team immediately, and it has now been almost a week with no proper resolution And I’ve seen similar issues being reported by other community members as well What makes this even more frustrating is that Startale has reportedly raised around $70M You have the resources to keep launching campaigns and bringing more users into the ecosystem, but basic problems involving users, accounts and funds are still taking weeks to resolve At some point, this stops looking like simple poor support It starts looking like Startale is using campaigns to extract value from the community while users are left dealing with the problems and potential losses themselves If that’s not the case, then prove it And the funny part is that @WatanabeSota is the one building both Soneium and Startale Stop launching another campaign for a moment and properly address the people who are already having problems The community deserves answers 💙Like 🔁RT
