I also saw the Trump Administration tearing apart East Potomac while refusing to tell the public what it is doing, what it has done, or what it plans to do next.

Garrett is right - but the park itself is even more diverse!
Whether you go there to fish, cycle, run, walk, birdwatch, watch the Commanders game (yes, really!), or picnic, this place serves every group.
A place as diverse and multi-use as this is unique in public spaces.
They say DC’s a melting pot of people. So is East Potomac. The most diverse course I’ve seen in 30 years playing munis.

1. Engineering design support - $400K, awarded
2. Seawall restoration - no award
3. East Potomac Park Rehab (Golf course) - no award.
Still none of the required meetings / procedures behind altering a historic site.
