You actually do. Getting convicted of recieving stolen goods requires the judge or jury to believe you knew/suspect it was stolen.

The accusations are stupid and come from him RTing Brother Bear R34 on his AO account, with him and the artist perceiving the main character of the movie as an adult.

I'm torn between continuing to play WoW Forever's beta and just... not, and waiting for full release so I won't lose the characters/resent having to do everything again. Then again, I'm also not sure if I want to resubscribe to WoW, remembering how badly it took over my life, and Blizzard's various unfriendly customer service practices, so the beta might be the only time I intend to play.

The vast majority of crimes are committed by a small handful of repeat offenders. Kill them, and crime vanishes. They are beyond help.

That's why the firing squad should be assembled from volunteers among the jurors and victim's friends and family. No firing squad, no execution. Terminal judgement should NOT be completely impersonal and divorced from the will of the wronged.

The ideal system, IMO, is to draw a volunteer firing squad from the friends and family of the victim and jury of the trial, and if no firing squad can be made (Nobody willing to join), then no execution. It needs to be personal, not an impartial, disinterested state.

Refusing to exterminate violent, evil people that are a threat to innocents is evil, not 'right'.

A) is lolbert nonsense. The whole purpose of government is to execute people who threaten and offend the rest instead of relying on individual vigilantjsm. B) is avoided with better procedure.

It's terminal. Gone, done. No more costs, and everyone can move on. Life in prison leaves them out there, still existing and consuming resources
