This is what an opus 5.5 output looks like. 2 prompts and it created a fully functioning, fun game. It is a medieval zoo tycoon. There is an economy. You set prices for everything. You build attractions. You buy mythical beasts. It has a full terrain builder. You build streets, fences, shops. You need to keep the beasts happy and alive. You need to hire staff, put the right food and water in the enclosures. I would have totally paid for this as an iPhone app 2 years ago. and it was made for like $30 in tokens. Link below to play it. HOSTED AND SHARED ON HQ! The easiest way to turn Claude projects into multiplayer experiences.
opus 5.5. one prompt, a fully functioning game. that you can actually play. wild times.

building in public: Is it just an ego play? What are the pros, what are the cons? My podcast network had an idea for a show: Launch a brand from scratch. It's interesting, right? A bunch of washed up, rich guys give advice every week, but do they still have it? I think something people dont get is... it is supposed to be entertainment how boring would the show be if everything just went great the whole time? Is that how it is in your business? This is a brand new project. Ads are gonna suck, landing pages will be broken, we are going to make mistakes. but the product isnt the brand: its the process of building a brand The episodes we release, the lessons, are just as much a value creation tool as the subscriber list We got a free roll creating a brand- sponsor dollars paid for time, product, marketing. But the downside is: its in public. So everyone is invited to comment, critique, pile on. truthfully, I dont work on this project. there is a ceo, a team, etc. I am a voice and advisor. and the whole thing is fluid- you will see new products, new ad angles, maybe a rebrand!!! because that is what really happens when you start a business lol anyway- if you see the brand and think "THESE GUYS ARE FUCKING IDIOTS" well, duh, welcome to the show

There are at least 9 creator softwares that do the exact same thing. 1- have a network of creators 2- let you mass seed them and receive content 3- track the commission owed for organic sales 4- let you run the content as ads and pay the creators a % of either ad spend or affiliate sales on your marketing spend This has totally democratized UGC content at scale. Everyone has good, fresh ads at a large volume. But why are so many people building in the space? Will be the sharpest elbow room in a little. Everyone cloning every other feature. The creators aren’t loyal to one platform. whoever gets the biggest scale of brands + creators will have an advantage, but just seems so cut throat. Like the review widget wars all over again

Anthropic is losing. They own zero podcasts. Open ai is winning. They own at least one podcast. The play is simple. Dario, I’m waiting for your call.

Att WiFi will be down for over a week now. I would be totally fucked without Starlink. I couldn’t do my job. This is your sign to buy a Starlink.

why build a business serving ecommerce brands? we are famously broke. we are beyond cheap, will fight you for every single point of margin. we go out of business. the average brand lasts less than a year (hi dropship demons lol) There isn't a common archetype to any of us. selling SAAS to SAAS? you know exactly what they need to hear but still, lots of smart people try to build agencies, software, and platforms to serve this niche. why? 1- incredibly fast decision times. you are usually directly talking to someone who can cut a check. that isnt true selling to big cos. 2- high testing appetite (and fomo) you send a cold email "your biggest competitor just signed with us" and you will get leads 3- a tight knit founder community. You do right by one person, they tell your friends. you fuck over one brand, you get black listed. No one has out-executed point 3 better than Alex and Postscript. they have had a hundred chances to screw a brand for a little more money in a contract. every time, they have let the brand slide. All those good deeds add up; the goodwill compounds and buys them so much more credibility than a sponsored dinner ever would. I would take the postscript team to dinner, and pay, because they are good vibes. That is how they have continued to win in a hard ass category like SMS. that is why they might just win email... at the very least, they have a shot. Ive been burned on email before. it is such a juicy prize, that has been totally owned by one player. but postscipt has- a good team, great reputation, and a focus on delivering results. cheering for you guys.
Well last month @Seanfrank leaked our email announcement. And then last week @M__Operators gave an in depth breakdown of Postscript's new platform ahead of our launch tomorrow. At this point I have to just say... why do you guys hate our marketing team so much @AaronOrendorff????

Some employees are scared that ai will replace them or devalue their skills If they are spreadsheet masters, and have spent two decades perfecting v lookups, then what are they suppose to do about this new robot that can one shot their workflows The irony is, if they just leaned in and learned ai with the same passion they learned excel, they would be worth 5x to the org They would make more money, they would be future proof, they would get promoted I don’t need anymore people who know spreadsheets I need 50 people who are passionate about agents And the beauty is its brand new. No one has more experience than anyone else Amazing time for the curious and interested!
