As Jewish families prepare to celebrate Sukkot tonight, the horrific attack at a Belleville synagogue is a reminder of why we must more forcefully confront the scourge of antisemitism.
I recently welcomed @LordJohnMann, the UK's Independent Adviser on Antisemitism and a leading international voice in the fight against anti-Jewish hate, to Vaughan to discuss an action plan to confront this hate that never ends with the Jews.

Italian Prime Minister @GiorgiaMeloni’s return to nuclear is a massive opportunity for Canada to lead.
Over the past year, we've hosted Italian leaders to make the case for our nuclear technology as a driver of sovereign and abundant clean energy.
Ontario's seizing the moment to export our end-to-end nuclear sector — including technology, fuels, supply chain, and ingenuity to help our allies generate reliable power, while reducing dependence on hostile regimes.

Dopo quasi quarant'anni, l'Italia torna ad avere un quadro di regole per produrre energia nucleare. Una scelta coraggiosa e di buon senso.
Oggi importiamo elettricità prodotta dalle centrali nucleari di nazioni vicine, ma non possiamo produrla noi. Questa legge serve a cambiare le cose.
Cosa significa per famiglie e imprese:
• Più sicurezza energetica: meno dipendenza dall'estero e meno esposizione alle crisi internazionali che abbiamo pagato in bolletta.
• Energia stabile e a basse emissioni, che lavora insieme a tutte le altre, a partire dalle rinnovabili.
• Una risposta concreta alla domanda di elettricità che crescerà con data center e intelligenza artificiale.
Parliamo di tecnologie di nuova generazione, non delle vecchie centrali.

This morning, I met with Ukraine’s Ambassador to Canada @a_plakhotniuk and Consul General Oleh Nikolenko, as well as a delegation from across Europe, to announce that Ontario is providing $1 million in support for Ukraine’s critical energy infrastructure, which is under attack from Russia.
Ontario will never waver in our support for the Ukrainian people as they continue fighting to protect their sovereignty.

It was incredible to see the grassroots support across the #IPM2026 for @Bruce_Power’s next large-scale nuclear build.
The Bruce C project is a massive economic driver that will generate power for nearly 5 million homes, create over 10,000 new jobs, and boost Canada's economy by over $230 billion over its 80-year lifespan.
