Let me share some additional information which is not in the article
One of the organization mentioned in research is Progressive International.
On 28 April 2025, Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi met a delegation from Progressive International at 10 Janpath in New Delhi.
From India, CPI leader Annie Raja is a member of the organization.
CPI and CPI-ML are partners of Progressive International.
Another network active in these protests is the Singham Network. Neville Roy Singham is connected to the Chinese Communist Party.
In 2018, Singham allegedly provided funding to CPI-M through NewsClick.
Breakthrough News is funded by Singham
Indian Alliance Paris's secretary is Joy Banerjee. he is connected to Indian communist parties. His one of associate is Bela Bhatia, a Maoist sympathiser and wife of Jean Drèze, who recently attended the October 10 protests in New Delhi
One particularly notable organization among these 101 is CODEPINK.
CODEPINK has received funding from both George Soros and Neville Roy Singham.
Amnesty International has also received funding from Soros, the Ford Foundation, and the Rockefeller Foundation.
From the outset, I have argued that a common global ecosystem has been nurturing and financing a “red-green axis” in multiple countries, and that this network has been activated this year to create anarchy.

If you want to understand why India remains relatively secure while many European countries face growing instability, the answer lies in this thread from 10 October 2022. It documents incidents from 2022 related to the Deep State, India, and the Russia-Ukraine war.
When the Russia-Ukraine war began, the Biden administration pressured countries to stand with Ukraine. Most European nations accepted Washington’s position, but India refused.
European governments prioritised funding Ukraine over the immediate needs of their own citizens. They stopped purchasing cheaper Russian energy and began buying more expensive supplies from the United States. The subsequent Iran conflict and the disruption of the Strait of Hormuz further strained their economies. Rising government expenditure led to cuts in public welfare spending.
A decade earlier, during the Obama administration’s military operations in Central Asia, under influence of George Soros, several European countries had already opened their borders to large numbers of Muslim immigrants.

- The reported trips occurred during several politically significant periods in India.
