Now California rolls are not real sushi, but Tempura is easy to find. Japanese Sushi rolls have the nori on the outside and are about an inch in diameter. Plenty of seared food, which is normally over a charcoal grill. I am partial to the duck sushi, but my goto is always the squid and octopus.
Bullshit sushi is directly proportional to how much mayonnaise and fried food is inside it

Ohhh man I'm so frustrated with the @DeptVetAffairs, even though I'm now service connected for my Meniere's, they based the rating on less than 1 vertigo attack a month. I supplied them with evidence and lay statement showing 2 to 3 times a week. So I get rated at 30% vs the 100% for the actual vertigo attacks.
I guess I have to request a Higher Level Review with Informal Conference to correct the rating.
