🚨 INVESTIGATIVE REPORT: JAMES TALARICO HAS SOME EXPLAINING TO DO - MILLIONS IN TAXPAYER-FUNDED CONTRACTS, PRIVATE INCOME, AND A NEW LLC I’ve been digging into Texas Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico’s financial history, and I have some questions about where taxpayer money was going and who was benefiting from it. Let me break this down so everyone understands… From 2019 through 2025, James Talarico worked as a paid consultant for a company called MAYA Consulting, now known as VIDA Collaborative. During that same time, Talarico was serving in the Texas Legislature, including on the House Public Education Committee, which deals with matters involving the Texas Education Agency (TEA). THE SAME STATE EDUCATION AGENCY WAS AWARDING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN CONTRACTS TO THE COMPANY PAYING TALARICO. We’re talking about approximately $5.16 MILLION in TEA contracts, plus additional money the consulting firm received from individual Texas school districts. And according to Talarico’s own financial disclosure, he reported $83,333.40 in income from MAYA Consulting for 2025. This means that James Talarico was a Texas lawmaker helping make decisions about public education. But at the same time, he was receiving private income from a company doing millions of dollars in business with the state’s education system. Hello? I certainly want to know what he was being paid to do, whether he had any involvement in those government contracts, and how potential conflicts of interest were handled. But wait, there is more. In September 2025, shortly after announcing his Senate campaign, Talarico formed a company called Nine Banded LLC. His federal financial disclosure identifies him as its managing member and describes the company as inactive during the reporting period. What was the purpose of this company? Has it received any money since its formation? And is it connected to any of his political or private business activities? I want to know. So I have submitted a Texas Public Information Act request to the Texas Education Agency demanding the records involving MAYA Consulting and its government contracts. I want to see the contracts, invoices, payment records, names of the people who performed the work, and any documents addressing potential conflicts of interest. Most importantly, I want to find out whether James Talarico personally performed any work connected to those taxpayer-funded contracts, whether any of that money paid for his services, and whether his position in the Texas Legislature created any conflicts. Talarico’s campaign and the consulting firm have, of course, denied wrongdoing. They maintain that he did not work on or receive compensation from those government-funded contracts. If that’s accurate, the records should help us understand how his private consulting work was kept separate. And if they refuse to send the records… I think we can put two and two together. The public records already establish that Talarico received private consulting income while his employer held millions of dollars in public education contracts. James Talarico, I think Texas taxpayers deserve a very simple explanation: What exactly were you being paid to do, and how can you demonstrate that your private financial interests were kept separate from your responsibilities as an elected official? These are taxpayer dollars we’re talking about. Public officials should expect scrutiny when their private employers are receiving MILLIONS from government agencies. STAY TUNED. I’m waiting on responses from the TEA.

Obama flying into Detroit to rescue Abdul El-Sayed's campaign, whose own sister-in-law was put on a terror watchlist by Obama's FBI, makes a great headline. But that hypocrisy is just the surface. If you want to know who this DSA radical really is, look at the red flags he’s tried to bury. His former head of security, Jordan Domingue, who turned down hush money from El-Sayed’s campaign so he could talk, warned that this movement isn't just progressive politics. He called it an insurgency. And it doesn't end there. Back in 2012, El-Sayed personally signed an open letter urging Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood to "purge the media and the police." That's the real Abdul El-Sayed and I hope Michigan takes notice before it's too late.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has recommended — and President Donald J. Trump has approved — death by U.S. Army firing squad for convicted terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan, the jihadist who opened fire on unarmed American soldiers at Fort Hood in 2009. He killed 13 people and wounded 32 others while shouting “Allahu Akbar” during the attack. The Secretary of the Army will set the time and place of the execution. Judgement day for Hasan has finally come.

Here it is: You a liar Schiff, and you are going to pay for your role in J6 🚨Newly hidden FBI documents released by @FBIDirectorKash CONFIRM: Not only did the FBI stage January 6 five months before it happened while the DNC planned to overthrow the United States government if Trump won, “Provoke a breakdown on January 6 to disrupt the proceedings and prevent the vote from going through.” But Christopher Wray also had 274 federal agents embedded at the official proceedings of Jan. 6 and had federal agents infiltrating chat rooms months before January 6 orchestrating for the overthrow of the U.S. government. United States Representative Clay Higgins: VINDICATED @RepClayHiggins : “Christopher Wray was not only involved in the actions on J6 from within—he had over 200 agents embedded, dressed as Trump supporters, before the doors were even opened.” “When you track the text threads and the communications within those groups and trace the origins of suggestions of potential violence or an active occupation of the Capitol on January 6, you’ll find that those messages were led by members who turned out to be FBI agents infiltrating the groups. The FBI’s involvement was deep—not just on J6, but in the days, weeks, and months prior.”

🚨 JUST IN: Kamala Harris just said Republicans removing ineligible voters and illegals from the voter rolls is "CHEATING" and removing Democrats' "tools" "We RELIED on [these tools] for the last 50 years! [...] They are CHEATING by purging voter rolls [...] They try to take our tools, but we are a creative people." SHE'S SAYING THEY RELY ON CHEATING!! You literally cannot make this up... This is ALL the more reason for the Senate to pass the SAVE America Act. The only thing that might be more important is mass deportations, but these go hand in hand SECURE ELECTIONS FOR A SECURE REPUBLIC x.com/TheChiefNerd/status/21…

MUST WATCH. With all the gaslighting going on about Obama and his supposed transparency with the press, this is the a great reminder of the truth. 2013. CNN's Brian Stelter does a segment on the growing frustration of the press over not being given access to Obama. Stelter's panel discussed in detail how the Obama Admin was banning the free press from events. We are told that Obama was the most transparent President ever. The truth is pretty much the opposite. Everything was scripted and controlled, including much of the media's reporting on him. Trump has banned a couple new outlets. There's still regularly a large group of reporters in the room with him, yelling questions and taking photos. Obama on the other hand would regularly ban all press by just declaring standard events, meetings, and appearances to be "private." No press allowed. No questions. The White House would then afterwards give the media photos and "tidbits" to publish and report on. And the media went along with it for years. Straight propaganda. Obama banned press photographers and instead the White House would give the media photos to publish. Imagine the media's reaction if Trump did that. Think they would go along with it? 🤣 After years of fawning over Obama and being his lapdog, amazingly some in the media began to object. Strangely, Stelter didn't cry about fascism or accuse Obama of breaking the law. He did though talk about the wonderful dog photos that CNN was allowed to publish.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! A Senate Democrat just BLOCKED legislation that would help ensure AI data centers pay their own electricity, rather than pass costs onto Americans — backed by Trump This was passed by the House 417 to 3 last night!! SEN. HUSTED (R-OH): I ask unanimous consent to pass the bill SEN. HEINRICH (D-NM): Reserving the right to object... SEN. MORENO (R-OH): I just want to make clear what just happened...all we had to do was not have an objection from a Democrat senator, that bill would become LAW TODAY and electricity users would've seen IMMEDIATE RELIEF. We did NOTHING because of DEMOCRAT OBSTRUCTION! This bill would've done something! Heinrich whined that it "didn't do enough..." and by doing this, he ensured NOTHING HAPPENED AT ALL. Reality check: as a result of Democrats' objection, this bill is now STALLED in the Senate. If he wanted to "do more," he should've let this fly through, then filed to get more done! President Trump's executive order on this needs to be codified! Well, there you have it. The Democrats in the Senate just voted in direct contrast to the interests of Americans.

Here is another bombshell Mitch McConnell clip from the June 4, 2026 vote-a-rama. In this clip, you can clearly see that John Thune and John Barrasso, two leaders of the Senate, were aware that Mitch McConnell was having difficulty voting and required assistance that evening from Senate staff and from McConnell’s handler, a man frequently seen wheeling him around Capitol Hill. Another interesting thing I observed throughout the vote-a-rama is that Thune and Barrasso did not appear to spend any meaningful amount of time speaking with McConnell. That makes the reports of their roughly 20-minute conversations with him while he was hospitalized particularly intriguing.

My colleague from South Dakota suggests here that the talking filibuster hasn’t been used in a century, and that it was not used to pass the Civil Rights Act of 1964. He’s mistaken. As I’ve explained to the entire Senate GOP on multiple occasions, the talking filibuster *was* used effectively to break the weeks-long filibuster mounted against the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Leader Thune and others point out that the Senate ultimately invoked cloture on the Civil Rights Act, and on that basis wrongly conclude that the talking filibuster was *not* the tool used to achieve that victory. This argument ignores the fact that this is *how* the Senate closed a staggering 30-vote cloture deficit in 1964. After many weeks of fighting a losing battle, filibustering senators predictably started to lose their resolve to hold up the bill indefinitely, especially when they realized how hard they’d have to work to keep the effort alive. So they started proposing and supporting amendments to the bill to make it more palatable and help them save face. I still maintain that this is a viable approach that could work well—even better—in the context of the SAVE America Act, especially considering that the bill is less complicated and less controversial with voters than was the Civil Rights Act, and currently has a cloture deficit of only 10 votes—tiny compared to the 30-vote deficit faced by the Civil Rights Act of 1964. My colleague also mistakenly suggests that Senate Republicans would have to vote to enforce the talking filibuster. That simply isn’t true; no vote is required for this step. All we need is a majority leader willing to announce that we’re getting on the bill and that we will continue to debate it until it passes—all with the understanding that if filibustering senators fail to show up to debate it, we can “call the question” and pass it with a simple majority. That understanding, in turn, is what motivates the filibustering senators to show up and speak, but it’s also what naturally causes them to tire of the exercise after a few weeks, at which point they start looking for a face-saving off-ramp. Finally, Leader Thune suggests that the talking filibuster would be thwarted by being “reset” every time Democrats offered an amendment. There’s a valid point in there, but it’s not a good reason not to invoke the talking filibuster. It appears he’s referring indirectly to paragraph 1(a) of Senate Rule 19 (the two-speech rule). While offering a new amendment can create a new question under longstanding practice, the September 25, 1986 precedent narrowed how rigidly the two-speech rule is applied by clarifying that many procedural actions do not count as speeches at all. Particularly in light of that 1986 clarification, it’s been a long time since I’ve suggested we consider rigid enforcement of Rule 19’s two-speech limit as part of a talking filibuster strategy for the SAVE America Act. We don’t need it! Nor was that rule aggressively enforced during the Senate’s consideration of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Majority Leader Mike Mansfield correctly focused on requiring actual debate from filibustering senators rather than looking for technical ways to shut the debate down. To give credit where it’s due, I appreciate what Leader Thune said in this interview about the possibility of passing some iteration of SAVE America using budget reconciliation—a procedure in which there is no 60-vote cloture hurdle. I’ve been skeptical of this approach in the past, but I’m starting to believe the SAVE America Act has more budgetary features than I initially considered possible. That said, reconciliation is fraught with all kinds of problems, challenges, risks, and uncertainties. Also, failure can be far too easy to blame on the parliamentarian. I’m open to considering the reconciliation path, but we should make this decision with our eyes open. To do that, we need to separate fact from fiction when it comes to the talking filibuster.

WOAH 🚨 Investigative journalist Catherine Herridge reviewed the documents just released by the Trump Admin on election integrity and finds CIA emails showing they were working against Donald Trump to aid China and the Democrats in the 2020 election “I've been digging into the documents already and I found this November 2020 email, and it specifically states, it's a conversation among intelligence officials, it specifically states that they have, quote, deliberately massaged one of our pending PDBs. That's the president's daily brief. To avoid any direct links to the election” “This was a massive effort, what they call a multi-domain operation. That means trade, it means diplomacy, it means open-source information, it means social media. So all the levers of power China had to influence the US election” And our own CIA worked to make sure the r President wasn’t aware of any of this information, they literally removed it from his daily briefing Literally treason “In the summer of 2020, as we're heading into the election, in the intelligence community there were indicators of this Chinese influence operation. Influence operations means that you're trying to affect the outcome of how people vote or their sentiment about a presidential candidate. It's different than an interference operation, which is penetrating voting rolls and voter systems. And this whistleblower was raising the alarm about the influence operation, and then suddenly it all was suppressed” “In some of their reports, there were in officials' own handwriting that they wanted everything out that could help President Trump in his reelection. So there was clear evidence of political and personal bias” They wanted to remove EVERYTHING that could possibly help Trump win reelection Again, literally treason Also if you remember awhile back, a former CIA officer named Pedro Israel Orta who worked at the CIA during the Trump Administration said the CIA didn’t even recognize him as the President, they wouldn’t even put his picture up on the wall which was customary for all Presidents They were actively working against him

This 👇👇 right here 👇👇 Is the single most shocking testimony of the November 3, 2020 Election: They had pre-filled ballots ready for service once the count was halted. Michigan poll watcher, under oath: “They were all in sequence. These are absentee ballots—mail-in ballots. They cannot be in sequence. 2232 cannot have 2233 next to it because they are mailed in. They come in all different numbers, let alone without any dates.” 📝2020 was not an election. It was a treasonous conspiracy to overthrow the United States government. Now do you see why we call January 6 the Fedsurrection? They knew China helped them rig the 2020 election. They knew Americans would be pissed off. So they set a trap and waved them inside the Capitol so they could weaponize the DOJ to destroy peaceful protesters and install their autopen puppet. Then they arrested Trump four times. The Deep State must be destroyed.
