A piece of NEAR history that never got the credit it deserves. During the token sale on Coinlist in 2020, a scammer set up a phishing clone. Too lazy to make his own background, he hotlinked the image straight off NEAR's server. So the NEAR devs hacked him back. They swapped that image on their own server for one with a big scam warning across it. From then on the phishing site was serving NEAR's warning to its own victims, live from NEAR's server. 😂

I have a gut feeling that the people taking profits and waiting for NEAR to retrace into the low $3 range are going to be disappointed when we rip and they are sidelined. Let them chase the next leg up.

Convergence of AI and blockchain is becoming more clear to traditional markets. AI as interface, the intelligence layer. While blockchain provides markets, identity and trust. AI without blockchain is a “single player mode” where your agent doesn’t have machinery to trust other systems and get other systems to do things at machine speed. Blockchain without AI is great backend infra but too complex for people to use to full extent that we all know can be achieved. Together it is a new computing and economic system that can be sovereign and user owned from the start.
