"Chainlink doesn't lose 290 million dollars." @SergeyNazarov at Sibos, explains the difference between a bridge and reliable infrastructure. The last cycle was defined by bridge hacks, with nine-figure losses again and again. Sergey's argument is simple. Reliability is the product. "Chainlink doesn't lose 290 million dollars. That's how you solve that problem." Now @chainlink is moving on to the next set of problems: identity, digital twins, accounting and orchestration. The bridge wars are over. Chainlink is already working on what comes after.

Chainlink Labs has scheduled a meeting for tomorrow that will be attended by its lawyers; the topic is the SEC's FAQs. It is reported that, rather than maintaining a stance of opposition, the lawyers will now focus on structuring operations to align with regulations regarding staking, rewards, stablecoin distributions, and airdrops. "So you're telling me this project has confirmed ties to the banking cartel, the cream of the crop of global legal firms and institutions as well as some of the biggest tech companies in the blockchain space focused on the soon to be mass adopted enterprise level smart contracts such as consensys, Microsoft, IBM, docusign, Intel and Digital Asset and that the solution to the oracle problem which it is aiming to solve is essentially the God protocol as described by the creator of the smart contract concept himself, ie one of the main pillars of the fourth industrial revolution and the backbone of the future blockchain infrastructure (10% of global GDP in less than 10 years) that will allow massive automation of post trade processing, thus saving all the biggest markets such as derivatives, logistics and insurance possibly trillions in saving, AND its the only project of its kind due to its blockchain agnostic and decentralized nature and has the first mover advantage, but despite all these confirmed facts it's being largely ignored by the crypto community, although it has gone up from 120 to 16 ranking in a bear market with no marketing just in a couple of months, simply because a dozens of dedicated autistic neets down vote every possible clue about it on reddit because they're the only ones who realized this revolutionary project would basically replace all the lawyers with neet nodes where 1 link needs to be worth at least 5k usd in order to be sufficient collateral for the quadrillion derivatives market, the same neets who first called btc and eth when no one was taking crypto seriously and have harnessed the power of weaponized autism and meme magick to put Trump in the white house? Do you realize how delusional and insane that sounds? Personally I'm all in." ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca

$Link $LINK Think of tokenization like a birth... The asset is born onchain but birth is only the beginning. The Unified Golden Record is the asset’s life story: ownership, price, compliance, collateral status, corporate actions, settlement data constantly updated as the asset moves through markets and counterparties. Chainlink doesn’t just help bring the asset onchain. It helps carry the asset through its entire lifecycle. .. And if you can't see the value in that...I can't help you.
The CFTC just opened the door to regulated records living onchain. This is exactly the direction Sergey has been describing with Chainlink’s Unified Golden Record: ownership, data and compliance information brought together onchain as a verifiable source of truth.

The incentives of #government and the people are directly opposed when it comes to fiscal policy since the system broke in 2008. We have run giant structural deficits for two decades. This is both stimulative and inflationary. If we stop running huge fiscal deficits, the economy would collapse into a horrible recession. Federal government spending is currently 23.3% of GDP. Of the 23.3 percent of GDP that is federal spending this year, roughly one-quarter is deficit-financed. There is no way to spend within the means of the government without crippling the economy. It is already addicted to easy money. It will continue using debt and money creation to finance its operations. Because the alternative is politically untenable. And because that is the fate of a world Reserve currency issuer. We have known about the Triffin Dilemma since we created the bretton woods system. As the #debt grows, the inflation risk grows, and bond traders start pricing that risk. That is obviously reflected in recent bond market auctions. The 10-year and 30 year are at 5%. Levels not seen since 2007. Part of that is because the AI hyperscalers are using debt financing, and they're paying rates higher than the bond market. The government is competing with AI companies in debt markets. The treasury doubled its buyback operation of its own debt last week, in an attempt to calm the market. This week, they added another 2 billion of buybacks per auction, tripling the original. Essentially what it is doing is taking 10 and 30 year -year bonds and refinancing them into the short end of the curve at 3, 6, or 12 month durations. The treasury is essentially playing chicken with the bond market. And in three, six, or 12 months from now, they're going to have to roll all the debt they're rolling into short duration again. And my gut tells me the market is going to continue demanding higher yields. This is like a quasi version of yield curve control. At some point the bond market will break down to the point where the government and the Federal Reserve have to intervene. At some point in the next 10 years, the government will be forced to choose between the currency and the bond market. And they're going to choose the bond market. Because that is the source of their power. So if you save in the currency, you're going to be collateral damage. Hard assets, equities tied to real world value creation, and commodities will likely be okay. The dollar will not.

The only reason Clarity Act hasn’t passed yet is b/c crypto disrupts traditional banking model… It’s really that simple. We can talk ethics, BRCA, etc. But it all boils down to crypto reducing need for banks as intermediaries & disrupting net interest income model. And the politicians who are incentivized to support that model.

$Link one way or another @CFTC @SECGov @SECPaulSAtkins The biggest failure here isn’t crypto... it’s our government. SWIFT, UBS, DTCC and the rest of institutional finance are still moving forward with their tokenization and digital-asset rollouts. This machine doesn’t suddenly stop because Congress failed to get a bill across the finish line. The global transition keeps moving, and Chainlink is still positioned to benefit enormously as adoption scales potentially into billions in revenue over time. What actually took the hit today was the American consumer. Instead of giving people clear rules, basic protections and the same confidence they expect in traditional markets, Washington delivered more delay, dysfunction and political theater. They didn’t stop tokenization. They didn’t stop institutions. They didn’t stop Chainlink. They just failed to protect the people they claim to represent while the rest of the financial world keeps building anyway... Q: Does Chainlink need Clarity act legislation to collect 100's of millions in Fee's for services rendered. Or does it need it for adoption? A: No.
Clarity is coming one way or another

x.com/The_DTCC/status/205417… They joined a DTCC group that allows them to "provide feedback" on what DTCC is building. This is like me "partnering with Porsche" when I leave feedback about my 10,000 mile service. The attached tweet is what it looks like when the DTCC is using your protocol.
Today we announced progress toward our goal of advancing 24/7 collateral mobility. DTCC’s Collateral AppChain, a shared infrastructure platform for collateral, will leverage the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) and @chainlink data standard to enable near real-time collateral management across financial markets and blockchains. The integration will enable the seamless pairing of asset prices, valuations, and movement, with the aim of overhauling how market risk is managed globally and unlock greater capital efficiency. This milestone reflects our broader vision to enable 24/7, near real-time collateral management across the global financial system. Read the full announcement: dtcc.com/news/2026/may/12/dt…

The world’s collateral is someone else’s #debt. We treat Treasuries as pristine because they are liquid and legal. Underneath them is a stack of promises, and underneath that is power. When the promises compound faster than the economy, and the power gets more expensive to keep, treasuries that cannot print dollars have to ask a simpler question: what stores finished work without asking Washington for a coupon? A few small states already answered with a hedge, but no constitution. Full piece is in my pinned post. #bitcoin

FLOCK patent indicates it’s a national citizen identification and tracking system using neural networks. The ALPR cameras are just an entry point. The real product is the DSOQ database and the AI models that identify, classify, and track people. 🚨👀 The "opt-in" language and the dynamic footprint language prove this was never just about police cameras. This was designed from day one to incorporate private cameras, smartphones, and any video source. Its a surveillance architecture designed to crowdsource video from the public.🚨👀 —- And if you look at the NEURAL NETWORK Figure you see The patent explicitly includes a neural network for identifying PEOPLE It explicitly includes a neural network for HEIGHT AND WEIGHT. Those are body characteristics. Those are biometric surrogates. You do not need someone's height, weight, and clothing type to read a license plate. You need those things to identify a PERSON when you cannot or choose not to use facial recognition. —- Not only this most disturbing is🚨👀 The patent defines "fingerprint data" as including "Hough lines, non-zero pixel ratio, black/white pixel ratio, white balance, hash value, neighborhood data, and planar, induced subgraph of all relevant objects. " Read that list carefully🚨👀. Hough lines measure geometric shapes. Non-zero pixel ratios measure object density. Black/white pixel ratios measure contrast patterns. White balance measures color temperature. Hash values create unique digital identifiers. Planar subgraphs map relationships between objects. human body metric data. Combined with the height/weight neural network and the clothing type neural network, the fingerprint data creates a unique biometric profile of a person that can identify them WITHOUT their face being visible. You can identify someone by their height, build, clothing, movement pattern, and neighborhood location without ever seeing their face.🚨👀 —- Even more disturbing 🚨😬 The patent explicitly states: "embodiments of the system are not constrained by any geographic footprint associated with a set network of surveillance devices" and can "leverage a dynamic geographic footprint defined by the geographic locations of unrelated surveillance devices." Translation: the system was designed to expand its coverage by incorporating ANY camera, ANYWHERE. The patent envisions neighborhood watches, commercial security systems, home security systems, traffic cameras, AND portable recording devices which means smartphones, body cameras, drones, and any personal video device. The "dynamic" footprint is not a feature. It is a design specification for national-scale coverage using every available camera as a node.🚨👀⚠️⚠️⚠️ —- 🚨⚠️👀 Read FIG. 7. The historical analysis module "compares outputs, decoded symbology and/or confidence ratings of seed record with other records in the DSOQ database" and "returns records statistically significantly similar to the seed record." It has tracking function. Given one sighting of a person or vehicle at one location and time, the system queries the entire database for ALL other records that are statistically similar. It finds every other time that person or vehicle appeared on ANY camera in the network. It reconstructs movements across the entire grid. The patent calls this "historical analysis." The correct term is movement reconstruction.🚨⚠️👀 @RepThomasMassie patentimages.storage.googlea… patents.google.com/patent/US…
