It’s such intellectual dishonesty to say Ukraine having agency and chosing to fight, and being supportive of that is ‘virtue signalling.’ Say you respect his opinion, disagree with it, and clarify. I take his point on the reality of “guys, two years stalemate strategically, only death to show for it”, that’s a legit point. But to call supporting their agency traitorous is abhorrent—and classic bullshit for Trump. He’s more recently a bully argumentatively, which seems to be a mutation from his former self, which was characterised more by optimism and humility.
