**Shipping Update from Boss Team Games**
We know you are anxiously awaiting your Collectorβs Edition for Clive Barkerβs Hellraiser: Revival. We're excited for you to receive your game. Since the game releases later this week, we wanted to share an update on what to expect.
We are beginning to send everyoneβs Collectorβs Editions starting today and this will continue until all are shipped. There were delays in the delivery of certain components beyond our control, however, and this means that some will receive your delivery after the October 8 launch date. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that we will be pushing as hard as we can to get everyoneβs games out as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your box ships. Here are some specific details:
- For those receiving digital codes: Digital codes are being processed, and we are working to have them to people who ordered digital codes for Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S by launch day. This will include a code for the base game and a second code with the Digital Deluxe version of the game and additional pre-order content.
- For those receiving physical games in North America: Those receiving physical games will also receive codes for the Digital Deluxe/pre-order content upgrade, so even if you are expecting all physical goods, please still watch your email.
- For those receiving physical games outside of North America: Physical games shipping to Oceania and Europe are being sent from Australia and the Netherlands, respectively, to expedite delivery of the game. We will begin shipping to recipients in Australia and New Zealand in the next day or two, and European distribution will commence thereafter. Please note that this - applies only to the physical games; the Collectorβs Edition boxes will still ship from the United States and come in a second shipment. We didnβt want you to wait any longer than necessary to start playing while you wait for your collectibles!
- For those receiving physical games ordered during the restock period: Collectorβs Edition orders that were received after July 14 will be sent a physical game separately from the Collectorβs Edition items that will ship later in the year. We will have an update on exact dates to you soon on when you can expect to receive the additional items.
- For those receiving the Digital Edition worldwide: Those who ordered the Collectorβs Editions digital-only version, you will receive digital codes for your Deluxe Edition of the game on launch day via email, while the physical items will ship later in the year and we will have an update on exact dates to you soon.
