One of Europe’s biggest music-festival organisers has seen its losses and debts climb after being hit by a series of pro-Palestine boycotts.
Superstruct, which organises UK festivals including Field Day, Cross the Tracks and Boiler Room, raised €109m (£92.7m) in extra debt in the year to December 2025, bringing its total borrowings to €392.5m. Losses rose from €77.6m to €111.3m, accounts showed.
The rise in losses came after a number of its festivals were boycotted by artists because of the alleged links to Israel of Superstruct’s private-equity owners ⤵️
