GM, being yourself no matter where you at is real freedom. Not switching up depending on the room or who watching. Same energy same values same boundaries whether its the block a boardroom or anywhere in between. Coming from where we come from you learn early how to read rooms and adapt just to survive. But growth is not needing to perform anymore. Its knowing who you are and standing on it without explanation. When you solid with yourself you dont chase approval and you dont shrink to fit.
