Turkish-American streamer Hasan Piker sparked controversy after making a hand gesture at an event he attended. Turkish far-right supporters edited a photo of Piker and claimed that he was making the “wolf” gesture associated with the far right in Turkey. However, this claim was false; sources close to Piker quickly debunked it, showing that the photo had been manipulated and that Piker did not make the gesture.
