Update:
Joining @heroicgg as VRS & Data Analyst.
I am competitive by nature and have considered having a stake in the CS2 scene for a while. Looking forward to dedicating my focus here and seeing if the analysis I can contribute can perhaps help the team gain an edge.

Wishing NIP and my teammates/coaches the best going forward. Wish we could have pushed it the last bit into tier 1, but it was not meant to be this time. Best of luck to @sjuushCS @xKacpersky @stavnCS @n0teCSGO @Xizt @DuDe_CSGO and @NIPCS - See you soon!
UPDATE: Snappi and NIP have mutually agreed for Snappi to step down from the active roster and pass the torch to a new captain.
Thank you, Snappi, for all your hard work and commitment to the team over the past year and a half. You played a vital role in our rebuild, helping take us from an unraked team all the way to Stage 2 of a Major.
You’ve laid the foundations for the team’s future and helped create a platform for our players to compete at the highest level.
We wish you all the best for what comes next!

Working under Mika was such a great experience. Looking forward to see what is next 🙏
After 7+ years as the CEO of @ENCE, I’ve decided to step down from my role.
Looking back, I’m incredibly thankful. We’ve celebrated amazing highs together, and we’ve had to grind hard through the tougher times. I’ve valued every minute of the ride. 🧵👇 1/4

Wish you the best Artem, really happy we ended on a high note with a stake win. Wish you the best in the next project ❤️
Today, I’m announcing that I’ve been moved to the bench by Ninjas in Pyjamas.
While this is obviously disappointing, I want to thank everyone in the team and organization for the opportunity and the time we spent working together.
Over the past months, both the team and I put a lot of effort into making roles and positions work. We had many honest conversations, made adjustments, and worked hard to find a system where I could perform at my best while contributing to the team's goals.
Unfortunately, we came to realize that our fundamental approach to the game differs in some important ways and in the end, the team needs something different from what I naturally bring as a player, and I respect that decision.
As for myself, I’m feeling confident, motivated, and ready for what’s next and will now explore my opportunities.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey — it truly means a lot.

I’m now officially a FREE AGENT and open to new opportunities.
Over the past years, I’ve had the privilege of competing at the highest level of Counter-Strike, gaining valuable experience across international teams, big tournaments, and high-pressure environments. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved, but I’m even more motivated for what comes next.
I’m looking for a project with clear ambition, strong structure, and the drive to win. I bring experience, professionalism, and a deep commitment to improving every day and contributing to a team environment.
If you’re building something serious and believe I can be a part of it, feel free to reach out.
RTs appreciated 💪

In addition to player changes, we are bidding farewell Troels Robl (Performance Director) and sprayxd (Assistant Coach).
They have been an integral part of the CS division, providing daily support to the team and creating a performance driven environment around our players.
Thank you for all the time, effort, and energy you’ve put into this team. Wishing you both the best 💚
