The year is 2026. A group of radical Hindu nationalists grows concerned about the normalizing of relations between Israel and Arab Muslim countries, so they plot a mission to derail it.
They recruit a staunch Hindu nationalist named Pandey-ji, convert him to Islam, train him to fly a plane, teach him the mannerisms of Arab Muslims, and plant him in Oman as a citizen. He quickly rises through the ranks and becomes a pilot for FlyDubai Airlines.
On the fateful day, Pandey-ji, now operating under the alias Ahmad, is set to fly a plane carrying 180 Israeli citizens from Dubai to Tel Aviv. His objective is to hijack the plane for a 9/11-style suicide mission, framing Oman so that hostilities between Israel and the Arab Muslim nations reignite.
However, both the Pakistani ISI and the Indian RAW intercept the plot, though neither knows the other is involved yet.
Determined to foil the conspiracy, the ISI recruits their best pilot, Bilal. They give him a fake Hindu identity, "Sumit," train him in Hindu customs, provide him with a forged Indian passport, and plant him in Dubai. He also becomes a pilot for the airline. His mission: stop the hijack plot mid-air.
Meanwhile, RAW calls in two of their top agents, Alpha officers Alia and Sharvari. Their job is to board the flight as passengers and prevent any hijacking attempt.
On the day of the flight, Pandey-ji (as Ahmad) hijacks the aircraft, intending to crash it into Netanyahu's house. Co-pilot Bilal (as Sumit) steps in to stop him. A dogfight ensues inside the cabin, and Adnan stabs Sumit while shouting "bol jaikara shera wali maa ka". Despite his injury, Sumit manages to press the cockpit release button. This unlocks the primary lock, but the secondary lock cannot open unless someone among the passengers performs an item song.
Rising to the occasion, Alia and Sharvari strip off their tactical gear to reveal bikinis and start dancing to a Tamche Pe Disco remix. Inspired, the passengers also strip down to bikinis and dance in the background as the chorus line.
After five and a half minutes of high-energy dancing, the secondary lock finally opens. Sharvari and Alia storm the cockpit and engage in a brawl with Ahmad.
With no one at the controls, the aircraft goes into a chaotic nose-dive. Suddenly, the plane stabilizes. The camera pans down to the belly of the aircraft, where Pathaan and Tiger, wearing jetpacks, are supporting the plane on their backs like Superman. They smile, wave at each other, and hold the plane steady while a patriotic mashup song plays in the background.
Using sheer jetpack power, Pathaan and Tiger land the airplane safely in Saudi Arabia, where the heads of RAW and the ISI are waiting on the tarmac to arrest Pandey-ji alias Ahmad.
With the villain in cuffs and the hostages rescued, the national anthems of India, Pakistan, Israel, Oman, and every other Arab nation play loudly in unison. Everyone hugs and salutes each other as the Hindu nationalist plot fails, saving world peace.
Plot for the next YRF Spy Universe movie directed by Anubhav Sinha.
