Most CRMs are a pre-AI database with a chat box bolted on.
We labelled every object, field and relation from day one and built an MCP harness so a model can actually work the data — not guess at it.
Don't take our word for it. Time it against yours.

The version we hit: a field called "status" with nine options a human learned to read by context. Fine for people. Useless to a model. We rewrote every one as a declared enum before an agent touched the workspace.
@dhh just watched. Ergonomics were always aimed at whoever does the writing. If that stops being people, every abstraction built for human comfort is up for review!?!. We ran that on our CRM schema. Most of what we were protecting was comfort, not structure.
Our COO put it better than our own marketing does: the CRMs winning this year won't be the "most autonomous" ones. They'll be the ones you actually trust with write access.
"Trusted" beats "autonomous." That's the whole bet we're making with SoftSync, read why @celinehaverstad told @UniteAI the same thing.
Least privilege by default, human sign off on anything risky, not the flashiest CRM pitch, but it's the one we'd actually want running our own pipeline. @celinehaverstad explains why 👇
Every "AI-powered CRM" pitch sounds the same right now. The part nobody says out loud is what the AI isn't allowed to touch.
Ours runs on least privilege access, permissions inherited from the user, human sign-off required the moment an action gets risky.
Told @UniteAi why "trusted" will matter more than "autonomous" in CRM this year → unite.ai/celine-haaverstad-c…
@Benioff, well done 👏
Turns out not everyone is going to build their own CRM after all. Some will try, then realize they’ve accidentally become a software company, spending time fixing bugs, maintaining integrations and rebuilding infrastructure instead of focusing on their actual business. AI changes how we use CRM. It doesn’t remove the need for one. But I am trying to compete with you little legacy system with @SoftSyncAI now.

And its hard to just hire people to do the work. First you need to do it all first in order to learn the process. And then you either get a agent to do it. And when to many agents are running you need people to monitor and approve the output... And of course stay positive!

Looks like the launch video is in the making. Great push @celinehaverstad.
For all affiliate partners. We are going live on @partnerstack October 1st.
Tag someone that should be SoftSync affiliate. If you get them going we will also pay you for the referral.
Let’s go! 🚀🚀
I heard you run on @attio and @meetgranola as part of your stack.
Did you know that you have both included in @SoftSyncAI subscription? SoftSync have a recorder built in.
I challenge you to compare our AI harness and run Attio side by side SoftSync..
Neither do half their customers, and that's kind of the business model. It's a database for customer information that became so expensive to configure that companies hire consultants to run it. And once the consultants have built your workflows in it, leaving costs more than staying.
Agree on the diagnosis, disagree on the conclusion. The one-tiny-problem playbook died because buyers got tired of paying five subscriptions to run one workflow.
What still works is being the thing that replaces four tools instead of being the fifth. That's slow and unsexy to build, which is exactly why nobody clones it in an afternoon with Codex.
AI killed the parts of SaaS that were just forms and fields. The CRM survived because the hard part was never the interface, it was having everything in one place for the model to act on. The actual fight now is over who gets to be that one place.
The whole setup, start to finish.
Copy the address from settings, paste it into Claude's connectors, pick your workspace. Then ask it to file a note and it lands on the company. This is how simply you can onboard away from your legacy systems.
1 minute 45 with @celinehaverstad.
