The worry isn't about material covered by the protective order, it's that the plaintiff will find a way to incorporate it in a bad faith manner into her own case, like she has you and other people who have harassed others in my live involving this case.
There's also no guarantee that this protective order would actually protect anything, which is especially true given that both you and Jstlk have publicly gone over things and released things that aren't even part of the public record (Your threatening and harassing emails to Rose, Jstlk's full DMs with my ex-girlfriend, etc...).
I've been seeing a lot people peddling this myth that Destiny won't post his manifesto until after litigation is over because it contains material from discovery.
The Protective Order Governing Discovery does not support this hypothesis.

This is what blackpilled me so hard on so many MSM and alt media people. People like Hasan/Sam Seder/Emma/TYT/Hasan/Kulinski etc all collapse in like 2 questions if you actually push them on anything. There’s a reason they exclusively sit inside their hug boxes.

A wider analysis of the data I've collected from the last 3 months on the Destiny (@TheOmniLiberal) and his twitter impact. This online community-- also known as DDG, is the reason Hasan Piker is on the news every night. By amplifying everything against him, they created the illusion that he was far more well known and more importantly, more hated than he actually is. This extends beyond a single streamer, to the broader "left" in general. Other common targets are Zohran Mamdani, Abdul El-Seyad, and Bernie Sanders.
They have tried to paint this obsession as "warning" the democrats about Hasan piker and the threat of the DSA left, but the numbers don't actually back them up. Much of the critical discussion of the progressive left from democrats is actually driven BY their community.
It's time people online realize how much of the liberal anti left discourse is poisoned by a single discord server who's goal is to attack the left from the "liberal" position.
