In the comics, Thanos is a much more serious threat. The thing people need to understand about Doom is he is a schemer. He is a more hands-off villain, you will not get to him unless he wants you to. He will create plans that he knows you will overcome, just so he can study you from a distance. You will not get to him until he is sure he can beat you.

I would say it’s Doctor Doom, because Thanos needed the full Infinity Gauntlet just to throw hands with the Avengers… and still got clapped by Stormbreaker. But Doom looked at that same Thor axe like it was just a butter knife and stopped it with two fingers. Doom doesn’t lose, he plans the loss so he can win later 😂
