We've updated our Stack Up Supply Crate FAQ! We have received over 6000 requests in the past 2 weeks and it will take us at least a year to process them all at our current rate, as such, please do not email or DM us about the receipt of your application as we need to be able to get through all of the applications and emails. Asking us about the status of your requests is slowing down our ability to do that. Q: How do you do giveaways for your Supply Crates? How long does it take to receive one? A: Stack Up’s gaming care packages, aka “Supply Crates” are not a giveaway. When someone is nominated for a Supply Crate, we look at their request and the story they tell us about themselves and prioritize based on factors such as mental and physical health needs, urgency, and how long someone has been waiting for their request to be fulfilled. Receiving one can take years as we now have over 6000 requests and have been fulfilling ~250 per year. However, consoles and shipping are more expensive than before and we purchase every console that goes into a gaming care package. If you have submitted a request, please be patient, we will not contact you about a Supply Crate until we are shipping it out. Please check your spam inbox and make sure emails from @ stackup . org aren’t going there.

"I’m medically retired due to injuries I suffered in Iraq in 2008. I’m a former 11B, Purple Heart, and Combat Infantry Badge recipient.
