The @StateDept’s International Visitor Leadership Program (#IVLP) supports American diplomacy by strengthening relationships between Americans and international leaders in government, business, academia, and other fields. IVLP exchange alumni include:

+1,000 current or former members of parliament

Great to see this engagement between Secretary Rubio and Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness, an IVLP #ExchangeAlumni! Since the program's launch in 1940, Americans have engaged with more than 800 leaders and innovators from Jamaica on our shared interests through the #IVLP.
Pleasure to meet with Prime Minister @AndrewHolnessJM and Foreign Minister Johnson Smith as we take steps to deepen the strong and enduring U.S.-Jamaica partnership. We’re working together to promote a secure and prosperous Caribbean region, end illegal immigration, and stop the targeted financial scamming of American citizens.
