your identity decides which account you see. your address decides which shares you hold. this sounds simple, but it’s an important distinction to understand before using Moss. @MossAI_Official uses Privy for its wallet and login infrastructure, giving you three ways to access your account: → X → email → existing wallet I verified the login flow myself, and the important thing to look at isn’t just whether each method gets you into Moss. check the wallet address. the three login methods resolve to the same Privy wallet address used for your positions and trades. so your login method is essentially your identity into the account, while the wallet address is what ties you to the actual on-chain assets and shares. this becomes even more important if you used Moss before the August 2026 upgrade. if you previously registered by connecting a wallet, you need to create/use your new Privy account and manually move your assets from the old wallet to the new Privy wallet. In other words, changing the way you log in doesn't magically move what's sitting in your old wallet. You need to actually migrate the assets. And before you fund the new wallet, there's one step you absolutely shouldn't skip: check On-Chain Info. Confirm the correct network, token and wallet details, and make sure you've accepted the required token before sending funds. Because crypto doesn't care that you made an honest mistake. Send through the wrong network and those assets can be gone for good. My simple Moss checklist: Login → verify your Privy address → check On-Chain Info → confirm network → accept token → verify destination → fund. the login may be off-chain but your assets aren't. Know which account you're entering. Know which address owns your shares. and verify before you send.
