This would depend on a lot of things like TL vs LTL -but let’s for the sake of keyboard warriors and trolls arguments we will just use Swift as the example with the TL side. 😂 Knight-Swift had about 18,500 company trucks in Q2 and spent $307 million on fuel that quarter-call it $23-24 million a week when diesel was still in the mid $5 range. At $6.53 now that same fleet is looking at closer to $28-30 million a week before their volume discounts. That I can’t find anywhere. Owner-ops pay their own fuel. So if that puts in perspective how much squeeze is really on owner ops- it’s devastating.

Oh here's something I've never tried. I had @bot go through each of the DOTs using @SearchCarriers' MCP in this cluster and pull their fleet sizes. So it's 1,159 trucks across all the carriers here. Not a lot of places to park those in an apartment complex.
