In theory, vaults solve problems for both TradFi and DeFi: they offer persistent yield, liquidity (of token, not underlying asset) and expert curation that might otherwise go to a financial advisor. But there are big structural questions around shareholder rights. regulatory issues and other matters related to solvency. Where will vaults land in the financial architecture of the future?
