I am still reading all the comments and DMs on my post about how electricity cuts in Venezuela are affecting (and have long-affected) people. Aside from the huge impact on businesses, mental health, daily tasks, it's the little anecdotes that are striking: Having to leave a hairdressers with hair still half wet, the electricity going in the middle of a remote interview or meeting, getting stuck in a lift, not being able to breathe properly as no electricity for a respiratory machine, doing homework by candlelight. I have heard these in isolation before but reading them in so many messages is crazy. Any more anecdotes, do send over please! These 'little details' are really important too. And photos...
