It's been amazing getting to contribute to the Omnibus alongside @cia391 and @BaconShelf! I look forward to getting to talk more about the experience and my favorite edits once the book releases.

I don't think Infinite did a great job making the Endless interesting. BUT, it's funny that people complain that the mystery of the Forerunners was removed while complaining that they don't know enough about the Endless. It's become clear that Halo 7 would have told us more.

This has some really interesting implications.

The fate of the Infinity. The reveal of the Endless. The tease of more discoveries. But, the biggest revelation is that the ancient San'Shyuum truly were hot

And we're live! Our final Canon Fodder, complete with never before seen art and a sign-off from myself and Jeff Easterling as we look back on all the good times, handing off to the next chapter—whatever it may be. 💚💙 🫂 aka.ms/CanonFodder171

The first piece of official Halo media I've contributed to may be one of the last in this continuity (the Omnibus). Bittersweet doesn't begin to describe it. I can't wait for the Canon Fodder. I have a feeling it will be as much of a love letter to the series as the Omnibus is.

Thank you. To the Halo community. Thank you for your relentless passion, feedback, and support. It was a pleasure and a privilege to represent you over the last 11 years. Whether it was meeting you in-person at events, troubleshooting issues with you online, talking to you on broadcasts, checking out your Forge creations, or sharing your constructive criticism to push for change - I truly loved it. Your voices have helped shape the best aspects of our games. Without each of you, Halo would not be the same. To my teammates. Thank you for always hearing me out and letting me push for more. Whether I was asking your team to make a pivot or fix one more bug before a release, you all trusted that it would be the right call. Collaborating with so many bright people across nearly every discipline was such a unique and rewarding part of this role. It was also an honor to have your support while leading the Gameplay Team for the last two years of Halo Infinite. I was humbled - but not the least bit surprised - that so many of you rallied to ship impactful features and community-requested updates, which ultimately brought the game to a great place for our players. Your talent and dedication never ceased to amaze, and it pushed me to do better every day. I will always be grateful for your partnership, mentorship, and friendship. Although I’ll be moving on to different work, I’m excited for the future of Halo and I can’t wait to experience its next steps alongside all of you. Thank you for everything.

Jumping on here briefly to confirm Halo Fest is still on for December. No changes to dates, locations, etc. For more details on the event, I'm going to please ask for your patience as our first priority is to provide support and care for our teammates. We will communicate more updates in the coming weeks.

While there's a lot of uncertainty surrounding Halo right now, there are still things to look forward to as a fan of the expanded universe! Keep an eye out for the release of Halo: Parasite's Wake, The Master Chief Omnibus, and Fireteam Noble in the coming months.
