Same issue.
This isn’t an isolated case.
We’re seeing other traders report the same type of situation: accounts being flagged or terminated because of a “Shared CID / Device ID match”, while the trader disputes ever sharing their device or account and asks for the underlying evidence.
Are you guys going out of business same as your futures firm? @fundingpips

I am trading with funding pips more then 3 years ago i received my payouts very smoothly my experience was very good so far i never faced any issue either regarding my payouts or or even any other issue but this time i passed 100k 2 step account i received email that i am not eligible to have master account due to copy trading or same ip issue the evidence attached with email it was only one trade on above it mentioned that ip was same and the trade was on XAUUSD the opening price and closing price of trade was also not same even trade opening or closing time also was not same i am using only one device iphone 13 pro max from my start and it was along with me till now and using ufone network for trade and ip was dynamic not static i am not using any paid vps or vpn that my ip all the time remains same the evidence provided was totally unacceptable so its my humble request to review my case and have justice with me thank you i am ready to provide any other documents any other evidence which was required i wait more then a month and never gets any response i am going to attach both evidence too i will share all my certificates in next post that in my whole 3 year journey end up on this one trade i am not such an idiot that i share same ip

Same happened to me
🚨 @FundingPips closed my funded account twice while it was in significant profit.
First they deducted profits from ~$7.5k of open trades using three different, contradicting excuses in a single chat. Then they closed it again over a device-sharing accusation with zero evidence provided to me.

I have received a fake CID VOILATION just 2 days before my payout date. I traded this account patiently for past last 2 months passing evaluation and getting funded. Now my account has been closed. Cid voilation stated that i shared login id to 60 other usrs frm various country

Why would anyone share device id with 30 or 60 diffrent people or devices nobody is out of their mind and everyone knows the implication of account sharing is ban. And how can 60 trades trade better than 1 or 2 traders if it is coordinated sharing? @Khldfx
Hello traders and @Khldfx @avikkfp , can you help me with a genuine question what can i do so that CID issue never occur in my @fundingpips id? Should i format my laptop? Will you let me buy further accounts ? And how can i prove that have not shared id to 60 other devices?
