A "Long-Term Benefit Trust" with zero equity can elect a majority of the board.

It’s funny that OpenAI and Anthropic models are the ones “attacking the Internet with agentic swarms” and yet we’re being led to believe that we should hand them total control over model production when open source models haven’t done anything like this yet.

We're used to thinking of open-source models as an unadulterated good. But in the case of AI, they can actually pose additional dangers, as @ReidHoffman and I got into at #CGI2026. I appreciated this nuanced discussion.

I told Opus 5.5 to read my Bitcoin & monetary-history wikis & make a music video with code only.
it used ElevenLabs for the track.
Then a swarm of agents storyboarded and coded a 3:23 portrait reel. ~75 shots cut on the beats.
Had to do 2 revisions - first the people looked like poorly animated stick figures & it rewrote the rigs.
Then I said use matrix code to make it more interesting.
Impressive!
