There's an argument to be had about experience, but even if that point is conceded, isn't that more an indictment of a culture that promotes people before they're ready than of her?
I don't hear overconfidence in her voice. I hear someone who tried to remain professional until the very end. The fact that she was only 20 makes it even more painful.
