🚨 THE U.S. JUST FAST-TRACKED A KETAMINE PAINKILLER FOR THE BATTLEFIELD
A drug better known for anesthesia and its controversial off-label use is suddenly at the center of a major U.S. military medical decision.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Defense have opened an emergency pathway for Wafermine, a fast-dissolving ketamine wafer developed by Singapore-based iX Biopharma. The move follows a determination by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth that U.S. forces face a heightened risk of chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear attacks.
Under the emergency declaration, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. authorized the use of certain medical countermeasures for moderate-to-severe acute pain caused by such encounters. The goal is to give troops a pain-relief option that can be used quickly when traditional medical support may be far away.
Ketamine has been used for decades as an anesthetic, but it has also attracted growing attention as a powerful painkiller that works differently from traditional opioids. On a battlefield, where severe injuries can happen far from a hospital, a small wafer that dissolves quickly could potentially provide pain relief without requiring an injection.
The development of Wafermine has also received major U.S. military backing, including a reported $41 million sole-source Department of Defense contract.
But there is another side to the story.
Emergency pathways exist for situations where waiting for the normal regulatory process could put lives at risk. At the same time, bypassing the usual approval route raises questions about how much clinical evidence should be required before a drug is widely deployed. Ketamine already has a complicated history of medical use, off-label treatment and regulatory scrutiny.
So this is more than a story about a new painkiller.
It is a glimpse into how medicine can change when the battlefield becomes the testing ground for new ways to save lives — and how quickly the rules can change when governments believe an emergency is approaching.

Why only an 18-month sentence?
BREAKING: A 44-year-old citizen of Iran Reza Dindar, aka Renda Dindar, was sentenced today in US District Court in Seattle to 18 months in prison for his scheme to violate trade sanctions against Iran, to ship sensitive technology to Iran via China
Dindar was arrested in Panama in July 2025 at the request of the United States & extradited to the U.S. in April 2026. He pleaded guilty to two counts of exporting to an embargoed country and two counts of smuggling goods from the United States.
The judge imposed a $10,000 fine and three years of supervised release to follow the prison term.

If these people were kept for the rest of their lives in psychiatric spaces, never to be free again, how people would react would be different.
That we have women wanting mothers to get off for murdering their kids due to psychiatric reasons is mortifying.

Yates is being held in Texas, which is a whole different thing from Massachusetts. Moreover, Yates does not want to be released. She has opted out of her periodic reviews to determine whether or not she should be released for the past TWO DECADES.
Lindsay, on the other hand, envisions a life for herself after this; there’s no reason to believe she wouldn’t put on her best face and living for her own release.
And again, in Massachusetts, the STATE MUST PROVE BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT AT EVERY SINGLE YEARLY REVIEW HEARING that releasing Lindsay would be a danger.
Every single one. Every single year. Beyond a reasonable doubt.
Look up Deanna Laney, who murdered her two boys and tried to murder a third, was acquitted by reason of insanity, and then was released after only 8 years locked up.
So many people are just yammering away without understanding what they’re actually talking about and how friendly MA is to people like Clancy.

I keep seeing videos of black people stomping on people’s heads and committing senseless acts of violence.
Sometimes I think it’s just my algorithm, but there’s no other group who commits this level of violence on a regular basis to this extent.

The offences took place between 2022 and 2024. The victims were given drugs and alcohol before being abused in homes, cars and businesses in the town and surrounding area.

Emmanuel Crawford was three years old when his parents sold him.
They lived in Ghana and they were poor enough that they could not feed him. So he was sold into the fishing trade on Lake Volta, which is where a lot of Ghana's trafficked children end up.
Here is what a three year old does out there.
He sits in a leaky wooden canoe and bails water out of it by hand, all day, so the boat does not sink.
And when the nets get caught, he goes in after them.
Lake Volta is man made. They dammed a river and flooded a forest to build it, and the trees are still down there, standing dead under the water. The nets snag on the branches, and somebody small has to dive down into water you cannot see through and pull them loose.
Children drown doing that. Regularly.
Crawford did it for two years.
He was five when a man working with a rescue organization came across his canoe out on the lake.
Crawford has described it simply.
"He felt a tug on his heart from the Lord, that this kid doesn't need to be here."
He was taken to a home in Tema, Ghana, run by a nonprofit called Touch A Life that gets children out of the trade.
And that is where a couple from Grove, Oklahoma found him. Audrey and Stan Crawford.
"When I first met my mom, I jumped onto her, I just climbed her, and we were best friends from the very beginning."
The adoption took months. Then Audrey got on a plane and brought a six year old home to a town of about 6,000 people in northeast Oklahoma, where he became the youngest of six kids.
He remembers the first day.
"I had my first hamburger that day and fries. It was heaven on Earth."
Then he grew up and started playing football.
As a senior at Grove High School he carried the ball 230 times for 2,304 yards. That is 10 yards every single time he touched it. He scored 36 rushing touchdowns, caught 19 passes for 546 more yards and seven more scores, and Grove went 13-1.
He finished his career with 6,777 rushing yards.
That is the most anyone has ever run for in Oklahoma Class 5A history. Plus 93 rushing touchdowns.
They named him the 2022-23 Gatorade Oklahoma Football Player of the Year.
And then he went to Arkansas as a preferred walk-on.
No scholarship. The best football player in the state, walking on.
He got there partly because Sam Pittman, who was the Arkansas head coach at the time, went to Grove High School himself. Crawford's high school coach texted him about the kid.
"The only campus that I felt a real connection was Arkansas. On the car ride home, I was like, 'I know where I want to be.'"
He redshirted in 2023 and has been stuck behind a crowded backfield ever since. Pittman got fired after last season.
Crawford is still on the roster in Fayetteville. Number 21.
Still waiting on his carries.
He has waited for worse.
