Development at Adekunle Fajuyi Memorial Park offers a strong example of how infrastructure can serve memory and opportunity at once. The @biodunaoyebanji administration is reconstructing the park as an international tourism centre and a befitting place of honour for Lt Col Adekunle Fajuyi. New multi level structures, pathways and landscaped areas are taking shape in a location that sits at the heart of Ado Ekiti, close to major roads and public institutions. The vision extends beyond aesthetics. The completed park is expected to enhance tourism, create employment, stimulate surrounding businesses and provide a world class space for recreation, cultural engagement and community gathering. These outcomes align directly with the administration’s priorities around youth and job creation, human capital and sustainable infrastructure. For residents, the project addresses the need for a modern public recreational facility while ensuring that the story of one of Ekiti’s most respected heroes continues to be told with dignity. For the wider state, it strengthens the tourism offering and reinforces a culture of pride and purpose. The work on site continues, and the impact will be felt long after the last structure is finished.

The funny thing is, they know they are from Ilaje but for some reason best known to them, they fake their identity. They recently started claiming Edo origin. Give them few years to come, they might change it. I don't know if they feel they're better than ilaje people
