Ho Chi Minh City was called Saigon during the war. It was the capital of South Vietnam, the US ally, and was renamed only in 1976. The US did repeatedly bomb North Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, including the 1972 Christmas bombing.

You'd think a supposed UFO whistleblower would treat a sexual assault whistleblower with more respect instead of defending the honor of the UFO conventions where he makes money.
