The above verse… Peter is talking straight to the people listening—fellow Jews who were there in Jerusalem around the time of Jesus' trial and crucifixion.
Peter is basically saying: "The very person God sent to save us—the holy, innocent one—you Jews turned against, pressured the Romans to crucify, and got him killed. But God raised him back to life, and that's why this healing miracle just happened in his name."
