Nothing against you personally, but this isn't the flex you think it is. Kenya alone spends almost double that amount on education every year,so no,that $3.5bn won't achieve much in those 90 countries its meant for.

At the scale of an individual or family, it's a fortune. At the scale of entire countries with several 10s of millions and 100s of millions, it is chum change. Like I said, Kenya alone spends almost double this amount on its education budget every year.
