Residual ducts respond to high estrogen and sometimes extra drugs. That does not create a need. There is no nutritional gap being filled and no biological role being performed. 🔴RISKS FOR THE BABY - It is a medicated secretion. The fluid can contain the hormones and drugs the man is taking: estradiol, progesterone, spironolactone metabolites, and often domperidone used to force output. Those compounds pass into the secretion. Giving that to an infant means exposing a developing body to exogenous sex hormones and other pharmaceuticals. 🔴SEXUAL FETISH - The motive is often erotic. Some of these men describe being aroused by the idea or act of “breastfeeding.” That is autogynephilic fetish material, not parenting. Sexual gratification from imagining oneself as a lactating woman does not turn a self-induced discharge into food. Relabeling it “chestfeeding” or “affirmation” does not change the driver. 🔴CHILD ABUSE - Stop pretending otherwise. If the point is breast growth, HRT already does that. If the point is a kink, say so. Do not dress a fetish in the language of infant nutrition while the fluid itself can carry the very hormones that should not be casually given to a baby.
