Solidarity has just won the case against the Minister of Trade and Industry regarding race codes in the legal sector.
The race codes have been set aside.
The Minister must pay Solidarity’s legal costs.
Several major law firms joined Solidarity as applicants.

What do you mean a South African child cannot get an ID because their parents died when they were young and they need to pay around R3,000 for DNA testing with a relative to obtain one, while a foreigner can simply get documentation for free?

Constitutional Court’s recent decision concerning asylum-seeker applications :
1. Each and every person that is In the country illegally and says they are applying for asylum can not be deported .
2 . A person that has applied for asylum in South Africa gets an exemption permit :
* They CAN ACCESS SASSA grants !!!
* They CAN WORK in SA LEGALLY !!

Why is it only men, military aged men, able to fight men? Where are the women, children or the elderly?? This is a planned invasion and the only reason our government cannot see it they got money somewhere to ignore it and look the other way.
Remember, apartheid was law. And it legal. And it was based on the constitution.
But it was unjust.
What makes them think this Concourt decision is not unjust? It shall be treated the same way apartheid was treated. And it shall be defeated.
Once an asylum seeker is granted Section 24 refugee status in RSA, they can qualify for SASSA grants including:
• Older Person’s Grant
• Child Support Grant
• Disability Grant
• Foster Child Grant
• Care Dependency Grant
• Grant-in-Aid
They do not need to be SA citizens
