Two amazing 2031 athletes came out of nowhere and joined our @TheBallplex homeschool program. This is one of them and one you’ll want to follow early! 👀 2031 Kellibelle Bono @Kellibelle2031 is a player I’m very excited about, not only because of her athleticism and natural ability, but even more because of the fire she has to be great!! She’s doing our homeschool program 4 days a week, hitting lessons with @jose_bermudezv, plus a couple of extra strength sessions outside of what she’s already getting in the program. Last year before recruiting, a lot of people were saying she was too small. Unfortunately, they hadn’t seen what I had. In just the few months we had been working together, she was one of the biggest growers I had seen in such a short amount of time. She’s easily one of the best athletes I’ve seen in a while. Last school year, she joined our @TheBallplex homeschool academy (hitting + S&C), so I knew she was about to take off in the right environment! Madi is on autopilot right now, and I can’t wait to continue watching her grow!!

Had a fun this weekend playing up on our 18u Fury team, they are amazing athletes! Although I got some solid contact most were caught out, a walk, a single and a couple SO- the balls were coming in hot this weekend! Time to regroup, and hit the T more & work on speed this week, to get ready for my team at PGF this weekend. My defense was strong w/ lots of catching (although no one tried to steal on me), RF & LF & 1st base this weekend. This 13-year-old Class of 2031 is already ranked #4 on our leaderboard at @TheBallplex with a 77.1 MPH exit velocity! @AddisonBono2031 also moves well behind the plate. We’re working on cleaning up her movement, improving consistency with her setup, and creating better angles to move the ball.
