XRP HEALTHCARE — OPERATIONAL WIND-DOWN
After nearly three years of building XRP Healthcare, we have made the difficult decision to begin winding down the company’s normal operations.
This decision has not been taken lightly.
Over the past three years, we have continued operating through a prolonged bear market while investing heavily in development, infrastructure, product delivery and the wider XRP Healthcare ecosystem. We also incurred significant costs over the past two years pursuing a public listing process that ultimately did not complete.
The events surrounding the September 3 XRPH Wallet incident have added further financial and operational pressure at a time when the business was already carrying substantial costs.
As part of the wind-down, the orderly delisting of XRPH and XRPHAI is now being coordinated with our exchange partners, with the respective exchanges determining and communicating their own withdrawal arrangements and deadlines.
Holders should refer directly to the relevant exchanges’ official delisting notices for withdrawal details and applicable deadlines.
The decision to wind down normal operations does not end our work relating to the XRPH Wallet incident.
We will continue to:
• pursue all available recovery routes relating to the affected funds;
• cooperate with relevant exchanges, platforms, authorities and other parties;
• preserve all relevant technical and transaction records; and
• provide material updates relating to the incident where appropriate.
The XRPH Wallet applications will remain offline.
We want to acknowledge everyone who supported XRP Healthcare, used our products, contributed to the community and believed in what we were building over the past three years.
We achieved a great deal, but circumstances have reached a point where continuing normal operations is no longer sustainable.
XRP Healthcare’s intellectual property and global trademark portfolio will be retained and managed separately from the operational wind-down.
