I am issuing a fierce, uncompromising call to EVERY elected official in our government; from local prosecutors to Congress itself! We need to act NOW! Make the savage act of stomping a defenseless human being while they are already on the ground an AUTOMATIC ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGE. We scream in outrage over “assault weapons”, a tool that, by the numbers, claim roughly 400 lives a year. Yet there are those beaten, kicked, and stomped to death, with bare hands and feet, claim over 600 lives every single year. Where is the same fury? Where is the same demand for justice? These are not mere “fights.” These are brutal, barbaric executions in progress. Victims of head-stomping are left shattered — many never walk again, never speak normally again, never live without constant pain and trauma. Their lives are permanently destroyed by cowards who choose to crush skulls under their boots. And what happens to these predators? Far too often, they walk away with a slap on the wrist! A misdemeanor, probation, maybe a few months, simply because their victim somehow clung to life. ENOUGH. Stomping a person’s head into the pavement is nothing less than attempted murder. It is a clear, deliberate attempt to end a human life. We must name it for what it is and punish it with the full force of that truth. Classify head-stomping as attempted murder — because that is exactly what it is. Take immediate action to protect the innocent and stop treating vicious predators as minor offenders. The blood on our streets demands urgent action, and it demands it today.

Dealing with the US Legal System For the last couple of years, I've been fighting a legal battle with my insurance company and another company due to a flood that happened in my house. Today we finally settled; while I "won" (mediation), I really lost, tons of money, gone because these companies want nothing to do with standing behind their products (or services in the case of Insurance). It's so damn disheartening.

Well, my lawsuit is all over. Still lost money due to the flood but at least we recovered most of it.

I’m guessing it is a bug and it is trying and retrying something non-stop because this is damn crazy. 1TB up, 10GB down.

Sovey's (@soveyx) new video about Free Speech and 1984. We need to start listening to what is going on in this world. We are quickly losing our rights, our freedoms and people are cheering for it. In George Orwell's book, 1984, he talks about how the government uses fear, and manipulation to keep people under control. How the standard people are kept down and barely alive while those who support the party are given a better life and only the elites get everything. If we don't do something now, vote out those who want to bring that to us, we will end up here. Listen to the music, listen to the words, read 1984 as a warning, and make a difference. If we don't stop it today, we are going to have to fight to get our lives back tomorrow.

Like I normally do on Monday nights I went to play Pickleball. My wife has been telling me I have to wear eye protection. One of her friends was hit and lost her vision for a while; the next week my wife was hit and got a massive bruise but she was spared injury because of her safety glasses. I am one of the only people at my club who wears safety glasses. I tell everyone I wear them because I promised my wife I would. Tonight I was playing against a guy, young kid, maybe 25 who was crushing the ball. So hard it whizzed loudly through the air. He is clearly the hardest hitter we have at the club. Well, it happened. I took a shot from him directly in the eye. Glasses were scuffed really bad, but it bounced off and it didn’t injure me at all. If I wasn’t wearing them; I am sure I’d be blind in that eye (at least temporarily.). I’ll never play without my safety glasses. My wife was right; worth it to wear them.

Sovey has been on a massive roll with these videos. She has a phenomenal way of putting things together to make a point while keeping it light hearted and fun. I honestly believe she is currently the best out there.

It is finally starting to cool off here at home, and yet, I go looking for Rascal and soon after receive a communique that he is in the heat of "The Jungle". What does this mean? How would I know? It could be anything with this animal. All I could make out was, "Hey, I hate to cut it short but their closing in and while the drones are not as effective in this heavy canopy these barefoot bums can sure be a nasty fight on the ground. Sal is ready and the fuses are set, gotta go light'em up boss! Hey! *Radio Crackle* take the FN, it's ready to go and hot to trot!" Before I can get out the second half of "WTH?" I hear rifle reports and he hangs up. Well, all I can figure is he has gotten himself neck deep in jungle trouble with his buddy Sal. Rascal has been in worse scrapes before. I haven’t seen my wife in many months. She lost a lot of weight recently. She sent me a picture last night next to a picture from last year. She looks like a GLP-1 poster child. I’m going to see her in 2 weeks; now I’m afraid.

Watching the last few episodes of “Young Sheldon” What a show, what an ending. I have to say it is ripping me apart, not because I never spoke to my parents before they passed; but because I never want to leave my boys. This is setting a scary president and I think that Mike is right, this is really, really bad. These judges are corrupt, they are completely against the American People; they need to be removed, disbarred and held accountable.
