We submitted Attorney Chand Parvathaneni’s case to @StateDept in January 2026. An extreme deep dive 100+ page report backed by detailed legal, statistical, and technical analysis and breakdown. ZERO action taken against him and his 22,000+ H-1B applications and 750+ IT companies.
Chand Parvathaneni advices H1Bs on how to transfer to a F1 student visa during 60 day grace period. Unless it's a diploma mill, admission cycles aren't this fast. F1s are not authorized to work so how does H1B pay mortgage, car notes, expenses bills with wife and kids? Cash jobs?
