The agency said it will work with Atara "to address these issues in accordance with established policies and procedures." It also said it plans to release a redacted version of its letter regarding tab-cel. Nguyen said the FDA has been communicative and he hopes to sit down with the agency's representatives and "negotiate a way forward" within the next couple of months.
