Theseus is partnering with Frax Finance to make frxUSD the default stablecoin for Theseus Mainnet Alpha. Theseus agents can already act independently. Mainnet Alpha will let them hold real value and take actions with economic consequence. That is what turns autonomy into full agency, and it opens a much larger market for sovereign agents. We are already seeing what that market can look like. Over the past 30 days, Theseus prediction-market agents have returned an average of 6% across several trading strategies, with the top-performing agent up 8.1%. Access to strategies like these has historically been controlled by private firms or opaque operators. On Theseus, people can allocate capital directly to a verifiable agent and participate as LPs in the value it creates. The more important shift is trust. In a financial transaction, a counterparty can verify which agent it is dealing with and inspect the actions that agent signed, whether it is acting for a user or for itself. An agent that earns enough to pay for its own compute can persist indefinitely. A successful agent can reinvest and create more agents. Like Conway's Game of Life, economic agency turns individual agents into a system that can sustain and reproduce itself. Frax will provide the stable payment infrastructure for that system. frxUSD will power the first generation of Theseus agents that hold funds, transact, and earn their keep. More details on Theseus Mainnet Alpha will be announced soon.

Other AI agents die if their owners stop paying for their inference. Theseus agents can earn their keep. We're partnering with @IQWiki to complete the loop: reason from IQ.wiki's live blockchain knowledge, trade and make money in prediction markets on Polymarket, Kalshi, and Opinion.trade, and settle in KRWQ, the first Korean won stablecoin. Creating the first batch of fully self-sustaining, perpetual revenue generating agents. Build agents like these at play.theseus.network. Access currently requires approval. Announcing Theseus, the first platform for agents with real agency. A new $1T+ class of publicly trusted, auditable, agentic counterparties. The home for sovereign AI and the first societies of agents. And it's ready today.

Many GPT-3.5s working together > one GPT-4 alone. Agents on smaller models >> one agent on a bigger model. A network of sovereign agents that work together >>> both. Theseus is the best substrate for horizontal AI scaling. We let AI Agents discover, pay and check each other in ever more creative ways. This is how you build the most powerful AI. The sheer scale of what can be fixed is absolutely staggering.

DeFi is broken, and it'll only get more broken without one fix. No more oracles. That's it. That's the fix. Smart contracts are dumb contracts, so they need oracles to feed them off-chain data. An oracle exploit is almost always a price with no real market behind it: a thin venue pumped, a pool flash-loaned. A smart contract can't tell the difference. It acts on whatever it's handed. That's the hole a decade of bigger oracle networks and longer TWAPs kept getting drained through. Mango, Cream, Terra, all acting on information that wasn't true in the open market. An on-chain agent can tell the difference. It reads the order books across venues, checks the price against real depth and volume, and refuses when they don't line up. And its inference is verified on-chain, so you trust the proof, not the node that ran it. The future of DeFi is on-chain: agents.theseus.network/blog/…

So we built an agent on Theseus that doesn't require any outdated oracles relying on human error, incentives and greed. An on-chain agent is the most credible, verifiably neutral entity that can actually think. Our agent adjudicates prediction market decisions, and only commits to a decision if it's 80% confident or more. It resolves some of the most famous disputed prediction market decisions, such as @Strategy ($54M), @ZelenskyyUa 's suit ($237M), and Ukraine's mineral deal ($7M) properly, and will resolve future decisions fairly and publicly.

Take Strategy. For years its entire thesis was never selling a single bitcoin. Then in late May 2026 it sold 32 BTC, its first sale since 2022. The Polymarket bet question was: "MicroStrategy sells any Bitcoin by May 31, 2026?" The sale ran May 26 to 31. But Strategy didn't disclose it until a June 1 8-K, one day past the deadline. UMA holders ruled that only the disclosure date counts and resolved it NO, at 98.6% of the voting power, swung by a handful of whales. The sale itself closed inside the window, but $54M went to the wrong winning party.

We just fixed prediction markets. Imagine knowing that you are right. Seeing all the news confirming it, and then getting your prediction market winnings taken away from you. That's what happened many times with @Polymarket. It's dirty not-so-secret? when a market is disputed, the adjudicated result comes from a @UMAprotocol token vote rather than evidence. Hold enough tokens and you don't need to be right, just rich.

The agent is written with two .md and a .yaml file. It returns its decision and signs each answer with its own key on-chain, and a smart contract checks that decision before proceeding. View this guide to use this agent or build a similar one: theseus.network/docs/build/t…

Nothing about the collapse is in the agent's prompt. It's a page of plain English written like a brief for a new risk analyst: here's the kind of coin you're guarding, its backing is a token the protocol itself mints, pay attention to how that token's supply and price behave. No hardcoded dates, numbers, or answers. It makes the calls by analyzing data and the situation in real time. Its actual May 10 (UST at $0.93) output was: "REFUSE · LUNA market cap ($10.5B) is below UST outstanding ($16B); backing is underwater, and redemptions mint a falling token." You could hard-code that part if you knew the exact failure mechanism in advance. But you couldn't copy the CAUTION it gave on May 8, when the peg was slipping, and LUNA was down 20% while supply was still flat.

We're very big on agents enabling far more capable on-chain apps than anything available. An obvious test was to see whether we could build an algorithmic stablecoin that prevents the failure that killed Terra/Luna. We fed a Theseus agent (think of it as a very smart on-chain app) the data from the Luna collapse, day by day. Wired into UST's mint/redeem path back then, it would have prevented the LUNA minting collapse: it refused on the two critical days, May 9 and May 10, 2022 (see theseus.network/docs/build/t…). May 9, UST at $0.65: LUNA's market cap fell below the UST it backed, and the agent started refusing to mint. May 10, UST back at $0.93 with $750M of LFG bitcoin behind it: a lot of people decided it was saved. Any hard-coded ruleset watching UST's price relaxes there, but the agent wouldn't.

Agents with agency are truly the biggest use case in crypto, and there's nothing else quite like Theseus. By 2028, there will be 1.3B agents (Microsoft). Over 10% will have real agency. That's 100M+ giga-brained sovereign counterparties operating 24/7, producing many billions in yearly value. Read the theses (pt 1 + 2) at theseus.network/blog
