BREAKING: Federal law enforcement sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for stabbing two UMass Dartmouth football players over the weekend, killing one, is a Nigerian national who had been in the U.S. illegally as a B-2 visa overstay, but was shielded from deportation by the Biden administration in 2022 when they granted his request for “deferred action” (a discretionary choice by the U.S. government to delay deportation). He then applied for deferred action again in 2025, and the Trump administration approved it and again shielded him from deportation.
Chukwunonso Uzoma David Uzoma Eze was taken into custody by police in Providence, RI after the stabbings, which happened in the parking lot of a lounge, and he is now charged with murder.

He later obtained two approved extensions of that nonimmigrant status: one filed Sept. 17, 2015, and approved Feb. 5, 2016; and another filed March 18, 2016, and approved June 8, 2016. He applied for deferred action, which was approved Sept. 21, 2022.
On Aug. 24, 2023, he applied for employment authorization. That request was rejected Sept. 25, 2023. On Feb. 10, 2025, he filed two applications: one for employment authorization based on deferred action, which remains pending; and another for deferred action, which was approved Oct. 8, 2025, and is set to expire Oct. 7, 2027. On Sept. 21, 2026, the Bristol County Sheriff’s Department in Massachusetts arrested him on a fugitive-from-justice warrant.”

The Supreme Court just gave the Trump administration the green light to use the federal SAVE citizenship database to verify voters ahead of the midterms.
That matters. Federal law already says only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections. The problem has been that states often had no fast way to check a registration against federal citizenship records. A lower-court judge blocked the upgraded SAVE system. Today the Court, 6–3, lifted that block.
Here’s how this stops fraud:
States can now run voter records against DHS and Social Security data instead of taking a registration form at face value. Officials can check name, date of birth, and Social Security number and get a citizenship response. The old SAVE system was too limited. It often needed an immigration number that U.S.-born citizens don’t have, and it couldn’t handle bulk checks. The upgraded system can.
That closes the easiest loophole: a noncitizen filling out a form, checking a box, and getting on the roll with no federal check behind it. If someone is not a citizen, they can be flagged before the ballot is counted. If a state asks DHS to verify a voter, the Court said the federal government has an obligation to answer.
Democrats fought this and called it a “purge.” What they fought was citizenship verification. If your elections are clean, you should want that check. If you oppose it, you’re defending the honor system.
Midterms look better for Republicans because the rules are finally catching up to the law: American elections are for American citizens.

This happened at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Her grandfather says she was born at just 23 weeks, weighing ONE POUND, ONE OUNCE.
She survived MONTHS in the hospital and was finally getting close to going home.
Then her mother returned one morning and noticed bruises that hadn’t been there the night before.
According to court records reported by WOOD, nurse "Kieran Ansley" told her the tongue discoloration was “not a big deal.”

Doctors found MULTIPLE fractures and diagnosed physical abuse.
It gets worse.
...Ansley is ALREADY OUT ON BOND!!!!!!
His attorney says he has cooperated and that the defense will conduct its own investigation.
Thankfully, the grandfather says the baby girl is now home and “doing wonderful.”
Thank God.
But imagine being that mother.
Months of waiting. Finally getting ready to bring your baby home...
...and then finding bruises on the child you trusted that hospital to protect.
A baby who had already spent her entire life fighting to survive.
