Nah, Kalshi has a fee accumulator to prevent rounding-up from costing you more than 1c per market. So it's maybe losing $26.13/day not $432/day. Likely just someone farming volume for a higher rate limit tier if I had to guess!

Kalshi did $15.3 billion in notional volume last week. About 60% -- or $9.1 billion -- of that volume was on parlays, which are almost entirely based on sports events.
My read is it's going to be increasingly difficult to frame this as non-gambling activity.
