BREAKING: Federal law enforcement sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for stabbing two UMass Dartmouth football players over the weekend, killing one, is a Nigerian national who had been in the U.S. illegally as a B-2 visa overstay, but was shielded from deportation by the Biden administration in 2022 when they granted his request for “deferred action” (a discretionary choice by the U.S. government to delay deportation). He then applied for deferred action again in 2025, and the Trump administration approved it and again shielded him from deportation. Chukwunonso Uzoma David Uzoma Eze was taken into custody by police in Providence, RI after the stabbings, which happened in the parking lot of a lounge, and he is now charged with murder. He applied for deferred action, which was approved Sept. 21, 2022.   On Aug. 24, 2023, he applied for employment authorization. That request was rejected Sept. 25, 2023. My phone just pinged me with an “on this day” memory from this day three years ago on 9/20/23. We were in Eagle Pass, TX and witnessed a mass illegal crossing of more than 4,000 illegal aliens crossing in one single spot in just two hours, leading to CBP having to shut down the nearby international bridges & ports of entry. @FoxNews was the only network there. The only resistance offered was Texas military & DPS assets which had placed razor wire at the edge of the river, but the Biden Border Patrol cut through it and in one infamous case, even used heavy machinery to lift it out of the way so the illegal aliens could proceed into the U.S. A complete free for all that day - and it would get even worse three months later in December 2023 when the illegal crossings reached the highest ever recorded in U.S. history with more than 11,000 in a single day.

NEW: DHS confirms that a semi-truck driver arrested for killing two people in a multi-car crash in Southern California is an Indian illegal alien who was caught and released at the AZ border by the Biden admin & given a commercial driver's license (CDL) by the state of California. DHS says Chamkaur Singh was arrested by police in Moab, UT during a traffic stop after it was revealed he had a nationwide futile arrest warrant for homicide - vehicular manslaughter, in relation to a deadly crash he was involved in Ontario, CA in March in which he crashed into multiple cars, killing two people in separate vehicles. DHS says Singh's California CDL remains active despite having multiple driving convictions on his CDL record for improper lane or location, following too closely, and speeding. ICE has placed a detainer on Singh with local law enforcement in Utah. DHS statement: “This illegal alien from India is accused of causing a semi-truck crash that killed two people in California,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “Due to the Biden Administration’s open borders and Gavin Newsom’s sanctuary policies, this criminal was released into our country and granted a commercial driver’s license. Despite having three convictions on his driving record, his CDL is still active."
