A lot of young men don’t need another life hack. They need discipline, faith, good people around them and a mission worth pursuing.
This is excellent advice from @tyromper.
Most young men's problems nowadays can be avoided by doing these things:
1) Go to the gym regularly & take care of your PHYSICAL health. Eat clean, real food 80% of the time.
2) Go to church, join a mens community, read your Bible & take care of your SPIRITUAL health.
3) Read more than you watch, create, build, ignore 99% of news & politics & take care of your MENTAL health.
4) Don’t stick your ding-dong in crazy women. Build yourself & attract a wholesome wife that loves God, wants to be a great mom & builds everyone up.
5) Ask yourself are my habits serving me or am serving them? Avoid pitfalls like excessive gambling, binge drinking, porn etc.
Sadly, so many young men seemed checked out nowadays.
They need a MISSION & purpose bigger than themselves.
-Start with one chapter of the Bible.
-Start with one without & walk.
-Start by eliminating one vice.
Today can be the day you start building that best version & flourishing you!

Prior Park in Bath, England has a Palladian bridge that was built mainly for the view.
It doesn’t cross a major river and it wasn’t designed to solve some practical problem. It was part of an 18th-century landscape shaped around beauty, symmetry and what people would see as they moved through the grounds.
Someone even carved their name into the stone in 1799. More than two centuries later, the bridge is still there.
Most people go to Bath for the Roman baths and Georgian streets, but Prior Park is worth the detour. The bridge is a good reminder that sometimes people built things simply because they thought they were worth looking at.
