looks like @Bell_Support has lost the ticket number, that I had used when I called about the issues 3 times so far. 4th time I am told ticket does not exist, what a joke, yet there are logs on my calls.

@FlySwoop I had a reservation for Nov 4th out of YXX. It has been changed to Nov 3rd. Yet there are tickets available for Nov 4th. This is not acceptable as this throws off all my plans and reservations. #swoop #flyswoop
