CO2 is a lagging indicator of temperature. Hot soda pop vs cold soda pop. Oceans have a massive CO2 bank. Warming water releases it, cold water does not as much. The Svensmark Effect and the Sun drives our climate.

The current warming trend began about the year 1700 - the coldest of the Little Ice Age. That's 149 years before the first Oil Well, Titusville PA, 1849. Decades before large coal mining too. It's just a pack of lies for taxes and Big Government.
