The law firm Morgan & Morgan has offices in all fifty states. John Morgan tells me the firm spends more on billboards than any entity in the country. I was shocked when he told me they spend a half a BILLION on advertising yearly (I spend ZERO). To me it begs the question: when you spend $500 million yearly on advertising, how do you sleep at night?!?

I am proud to be trial counsel in this important matter filed by the State of Texas against TikTok. This is the first time in history that TikTok has been found liable for deceiving parents about the content on its platform and the efforts it makes to protect children. We will now proceed to trial next month seeking remedy for the consumer protection violations found by the court. Attorney General Paxton has lead the country in policing social media companies, especially with respect to children. My co-counsel Cooper & Kirk who have done most of the heavy lifting on this matter are the best in the business. Bravo!

Pretty surprised Talarico would use Ranger Maxwell in a political ad. In the impeachment trial, Maxwell was thoroughly discredited and made to look like a damn fool in front of millions of viewers.

All you naysayers who have written off Ken Paxton and are writing his epitaph clearly don’t know Ken Paxton. When he hired me to defend him in the sham impeachment, I said it directly to him then and it bears repeating now. “You will beat this impeachment.” (Which he did) “And you will be the next US senator from Texas.” And he will.

Just in case anyone has forgotten, I haven’t. Here is just one of many damning excerpts from a recording captured where one of many “investigators” was caught illegally attempting to solicit one of my clients: INVESTIGATOR: “In a couple of days or maybe by next week, anyone Googling Buzbee and his company -- his practice -- are going into litigation. Okay? What we're trying to do is, we are trying put this thing together for the company that we're working for-- We could get you paid, . . . you could get money right soon, you know? We gave this kid 1,000 bucks to start yesterday just to get him on the right path. At the end of the day, this is going to go through the courts, Buzbee is getting sued . . .” Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

As these efforts to escape liability by Sean Combs and his cohorts continue to be denied we are inching closer to a jury trial. That’s what we are pushing for. A jury trial on the merits of the claims.

I am glad to see Mr. Tate has decided to stay in the states for a bit. Maybe now he won’t be able to duck our efforts to obtain his deposition.

The Karankawas were bad ass; but we won and they lost. And I’m not apologetic about it like this bleeding tool. The Karankwas fought like hell against Spanish, French, and later American colonizers. And like many Native American groups of the era, the Karankawa sometimes practiced a form of ritualistic exo-cannibalism—specifically consuming the flesh of captured, highly respected enemies during ceremonial dances. I was Paxton’s lead lawyer in the fraudulent impeachment. Our team consisted of more than twenty lawyers. I understand that my friend Dan Cogdell publicly supports AG Paxton’s opponent. I’m not surprised by this. Mr. Cogdell is a life-long Democrat. I also understand that Mr. Cogdell recently got crossways with AG Paxton concerning some real estate development that Paxton opposed and Cogdell represented. AG Paxton (and Governor Abbott) alleged that the developer sought to impose Sharia law. Now you know the rest of the story. I firmly support AG Paxton for US Senate.

We represent four alleged victims who were sexually assaulted by Ramon Ayala, Jr. while serving as members of the Grammy winning band Ramón Ayala y Sus Bravos del Norte. Last week one of the alleged victims made a formal criminal complaint with authorities. As part of that complaint a pair of bloody shorts were provided along with a medical report from the day of the alleged assault documenting anal fissures and tears as a result of the assault. We are calling on the authorities to fully investigate this matter and act quickly, as appropriate.
